Custom software for manufacturing and trading companies
Settlements, warehouse, order workflow and sales integrations where off-the-shelf software stops being enough. Analysis and documentation first, then code. A contract in every project.
Custom software, built to order
Custom software is written around the processes of one company: its documents, price lists, exceptions and integrations. Ready-made solutions are like off-the-rack suits - they may fit, but they will never be perfect.
- You pay for features you will never use
- Limited by what the template allows
- One of thousands of identical systems
- Dependent on third-party plugins and updates
- No way to deeply integrate with your processes
- You pay only for what you really need
- No limits - we build to your requirements
- A system built around your processes, not the other way round
- Full control over the code and its evolution
- Integration with ERP, CRM and accounting systems
A process that delivers results
A contract in every project, payment per schedule, the final instalment after acceptance. No surprises.
Workshops and conversations
We always start with a conversation. For large projects we come to your office for multi-day workshops. We learn your business, processes and pain points. Only then do we talk solutions.
From 30 minutes to several daysDocumentation
Before we write a single line of code, we write user scenarios, map processes and design the UI/UX. Detailed documentation is the foundation of success - and your guarantee that you get exactly what we agreed on.
5-50 pages of documentationIterative development
You don't wait months for results. We work in sprints - we show progress, collect feedback, adapt. You have full visibility through Trello. You build with us, not next to us.
Progress shown after every sprintDeployment and payment
Payment follows the schedule in the contract: 100% upfront for smaller projects, 30/70 or 30/40/30 for larger ones, with the final instalment after acceptance. We hand over full documentation, credentials and training. 12 months of warranty and ongoing support.
Payment per contract scheduleSystems our clients run their sales and settlements on
Four projects with no room for error: settlements calculated to the last cent, a store replaced while it kept selling, sales moved out of an external system. All figures come from project documentation.
What can we build for you?
What we build most often:
Client portals
B2B panels, client zones, ticketing systems, order tracking.
Booking systems
Booking, schedules, availability management, online payments.
Product configurators
Price calculators, 3D visualizers, product personalization.
ERP/CRM integrations
Subiekt, Comarch Optima, enova365, KSeF, marketplaces, BaseLinker. When BaseLinker is no longer enough, we build an integration hub inside the store.
PWA applications
Web apps that work like native ones, offline-first.
Marketplace platforms
Multi-vendor, commissions, seller panels, moderation.
Dashboards and reports
Data visualization, KPIs, export to Excel/PDF.
Automation
Workflows, notifications, recurring tasks, AI integrations.
The systems we deploy most often
We described each system type separately: scope, implementation process and realistic price ranges.
Warehouse system
Real-time stock levels, barcodes, stocktaking, ERP and store integration.
Production management
Production orders, planning, reporting and work time tracking.
B2B platform
An ordering panel for regular buyers: individual price lists, history, settlements.
Order and document workflow
From order to invoice without paper and emails - ready for e-invoicing (KSeF).
Quality control
Inspection cards, batch tracking (traceability), non-conformance reports.
System for a manufacturing company
Warehouse, production and orders in one - custom-built instead of a heavy ERP.
We know your industry
We don't start from scratch - for these industries we have proven solutions and real deployments.
Agriculture and agro
Stores with a compliance module for selling plant protection products, systems for distributors.
Food production
B2B orders, production planning and raw materials - like our BakePilot system for bakeries.
Construction
Systems for building material manufacturers, equipment and formwork rental tracking.
Technologies our systems run on
The same as in the projects above: the ABC Szalunki system on Next.js and PostgreSQL, online stores on WooCommerce.
Frequently asked questions
Single modules and calculators: €780-2,600 net. Systems with a panel, roles and integrations: usually €2,600-15,580 net, delivered in stages. We always start with documentation and a precise quote - you know what you're paying for before work begins.
A typical custom project takes 4-12 weeks from documentation to deployment. Smaller features (a calculator, a form) - 2-4 weeks. Large systems can take 3-6 months. We always set a realistic schedule and keep you informed about progress.
Yes. We design for growth. You receive the full source code, technical documentation and the ability to keep building - with us or on your own. Most clients come back with new ideas, which we deliver in subsequent stages.
Custom systems and online stores come with a 12-month warranty. After that you can stay with us under a maintenance plan or take the system over yourself - you have the source code and documentation.
That's normal and we prepare for it. We work iteratively - changes are applied as we go. If a change significantly affects the scope, we honestly inform you about the additional time and cost. Minor tweaks? That's part of the process.
A contract in every project: the cooperation agreement defines the terms of cooperation and the hourly rate. NDA on request, also before the first call. Payment follows the schedule in the contract: 100% upfront for smaller projects, 30/70 or 30/40/30 for larger ones, with the final instalment after acceptance.
For each specific project we create a statement of work that precisely defines: the scope, the schedule and the billing model (fixed price or Time & Materials). You know exactly what you're paying for and when to expect results - no surprises.
Fixed price is a set amount for a defined scope of work - ideal when you have a clear vision and detailed documentation. You know the cost upfront.
Time & Materials (T&M) is hourly billing - it works well for projects where the scope may evolve or when you need flexibility. You pay for the time actually worked.
We match the model to the project and your preferences - we'll advise what works best in your situation.
