These Terms of Service define the rules for using the kamikstudio.com website and for the provision of services by KamikStudio. Effective date: 2026-06-01. Last updated: 2026-10-08.
1. Definitions
- Service Provider - Patryk Kowalski conducting business under the name KamikStudio Patryk Kowalski, ul. Rodzinna 1/39, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland (registered business address, CEIDG), correspondence address: ul. Fabryczna 1, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland, VAT EU PL6182187584, REGON 387776597, e-mail: [email protected].
- Website - the kamikstudio.com website together with its subpages and tools.
- Services - development of websites, eCommerce stores and applications, marketing, IT outsourcing, modules and tools.
- Client - a business or person using the Website or ordering the Services.
2. Scope and provision of services
The detailed scope, price and delivery date of each Service are agreed individually based on an inquiry, a quote and a separate agreement. Using the contact forms and tools available on the Website (e.g. the pricing calculator) is free of charge and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
2a. Electronic services
The Service Provider makes the following available on the Website free of charge: the contact form, the resource download form, the pricing calculator, the support request form and the request status check. An agreement to use a form is concluded when the form is submitted and expires once we reply or the request is handled; the calculator can be used without providing any data and you may stop using it at any time by closing the page. The Website services are intended for businesses.
2b. Technical requirements and rules of use
To use the Website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled and an active e-mail address (for forms). Providing unlawful content, including content infringing third-party rights, and any actions disrupting the Website are prohibited.
3. Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is concluded once the Client accepts an individual offer/quote. Payment terms and the schedule are defined in the offer or the agreement.
4. Copyright and licenses
The content, code and materials of the Website are protected by copyright. Rights to works created as part of the Services are transferred to the Client under the terms set out in the agreement. The Client receives KamikStudio's own modules and components (e.g. KS SOR, KS AutoLinker) under a non-exclusive licence on the terms set out in the agreement or in a separate licence; copyright in these modules is not transferred.
5. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Website working correctly. Quotes and tool results are estimates provided for information purposes only. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made solely on their basis.
5a. Support requests and remote assistance
Support requests are submitted through the form at kamikstudio.com/support-requests/ and handled in the following order: Clients with a service agreement including dedicated support, then Clients with a basic agreement, and finally requests without a service agreement. Requests from Clients with an agreement are handled and billed in line with the terms of that agreement. Support work without an agreement is billed at a net rate of €52/h; the scope and estimated cost are confirmed before work begins. Remote assistance (e.g. via AnyDesk) is provided only at a scheduled time and with the Client's consent given each time - the Client starts and accepts the connection themselves.
6. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Website or the Services can be sent to [email protected] or by post to ul. Fabryczna 1, 62-800 Kalisz, Poland. A complaint should include contact details and a description of the issue. We reply to the Client's e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Complaints concerning Services provided under an agreement are handled in accordance with that agreement.
7. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data and cookies are described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
8. Final provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies. The Service Provider may amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the Website.
