Transparent rules, clear contracts, payment after acceptance. No surprises.
Workshops and conversations
We always start with a conversation. For large projects we come to your office for multi-day workshops. We learn your business, processes and pain points. Only then do we talk solutions.
From 30 minutes to several daysDocumentation
Before we write a single line of code, we write user scenarios, map processes and design the UI/UX. Detailed documentation is the foundation of success - and your guarantee that you get exactly what we agreed on.
5-50 pages of documentationIterative development
You don't wait months for results. We work in sprints - we show progress, collect feedback, adapt. You have full visibility through Trello. You build with us, not next to us.
100% transparencyDeployment and payment
You pay after accepting the work - not before. We hand over full documentation, credentials and training. 12 months of warranty and ongoing support. You risk nothing upfront.

Frequently asked questions
The cost depends on project complexity. Simple calculators or forms usually run €805-1,900. More extensive systems with admin panels, integrations and databases run €2,875-12,000. We always start with documentation and a precise quote - you know what you're paying for before work begins.
A typical custom project takes 4-12 weeks from documentation to deployment. Smaller features (a calculator, a form) - 2-4 weeks. Large systems can take 3-6 months. We always set a realistic schedule and keep you informed about progress.
Of course! We design for scalability. You receive the full source code, technical documentation and the ability to keep building - with us or on your own. Most clients come back with new ideas, which we deliver in subsequent stages.
That's normal and we prepare for it. We work iteratively - changes are applied as we go. If a change significantly affects the scope, we honestly inform you about the additional time and cost. Minor tweaks? That's part of the process.
Every engagement starts with two key documents: an NDA (confidentiality of your ideas and data) and a cooperation agreement (defines the terms of cooperation and the hourly rate). These contracts always apply - they are the foundation of our business relationship.
For each specific project we create a statement of work that precisely defines: the scope, the schedule and the billing model (fixed price or Time & Materials). You know exactly what you're paying for and when to expect results - no surprises.
Fixed price is a set amount for a defined scope of work - ideal when you have a clear vision and detailed documentation. You know the cost upfront.
Time & Materials (T&M) is hourly billing - it works well for projects where the scope may evolve or when you need flexibility. You pay for the time actually worked.
We match the model to the project and your preferences - we'll advise what works best in your situation.
