We took over a wheel store that collected data without consent and took over ten seconds to load. We replaced the foundation, launched five markets and four currencies, and when an external system started breaking prices, we moved all sales out of it. Today the store runs Allegro, shipping and payments itself, and new marketplaces get data from the same place.

We moved both websites of a Polish physiotherapy equipment manufacturer, astar.eu and astar.pl, from Next.js with a separate back end to WordPress with a custom theme. Four language versions, 137 product pages, 1633 URLs checked after launch with no unexplained 404, the homepage down from 6.4 MB to 801 KB, and all content, manuals and the distributor map edited by the client in the admin panel.

We built gok.pl in 2022. In 2026 we replaced the Oxygen page builder and 16 of 21 plugins with a custom theme and website core. The server now responds in 0.04-0.13 s instead of 0.9-1.3 s, 75 MB of dead code is gone from the server, and 805 products, 9,792 data sheet entries and 3,829 SEO metadata fields stayed untouched.
