The Standard: What Exactly You Get in Every KamikStudio Project

"Included" is the most stretchable term in the website industry. For one contractor it means "a complete project with documentation", for another "a template plus the client's logo". That's why we decided to do something surprisingly few agencies do: publish our standard in full. Below you'll find the exact list of what you get in every KamikStudio project - no asterisks and no "details in the contract". It's the same list you'll see in our pricing calculator before you even contact us.

Base scope: website and store

A standard company website includes a custom-designed homepage, "About us", "Services / Offer", and "Contact" subpages with a form, a blog with categories, tags, and pagination, a privacy policy and terms of service, content search, a 404 page, an XML sitemap for Google, and category and tag archives. A one-page site gets anchored sections, smooth scrolling, and the same legal subpages.

A standard online store additionally includes: a product listing with filters, a product page with a gallery, description, and variants, a cart with order placement, checkout, a "My account" panel with order history, addresses, invoice details, and a wishlist, plus cross-selling and upselling mechanics in the "customers also bought" style.

Legal compliance - no surcharges, because it's not an option

Every form on the site - contact, newsletter, registration - has a GDPR consent checkbox and an information clause. Form data is stored securely: passwords encrypted, no personal data in logs. Stores get the full commerce package on top: the Omnibus Directive with automatic display of the lowest price from the last 30 days on every promotion, support for the 14-day right of withdrawal, a return and complaint form in the customer panel, and terms acceptance at checkout. We also implement the current EU regulations on returns and complaints - and since they've generated a lot of media noise, we explain separately what really changes in 2026.

SEO and analytics from day one

A website Google can't see doesn't exist - that's why technical SEO is not an add-on service with us. Standard in every project: correct structure and performance for Core Web Vitals, Schema.org structured data for the company, services, and products, rich snippets (rating stars, prices, FAQ in search results), a complete set of meta tags with Open Graph, an XML sitemap and robots.txt, and an SSL certificate. On top of that, configured analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Tag Manager, wired to the cookie banner through Google Consent Mode v2 - meaning measurement that complies with the law instead of being switched off by the banner.

Payments and shipping in the store

The store price includes configuring and testing two payment operators and two carriers. One operator today means a whole package of methods under a single integration: BLIK, Visa and Mastercard cards, instant transfers, Apple Pay and Google Pay - with a single settlement panel. On the logistics side: automatic generation of shipping labels from the store panel, a parcel tracking link in the customer's email, and delivery cost calculation by weight, dimensions, and region if the carrier supports it. Need more operators or carriers? They can be added - the surcharge is known upfront, not discovered on the invoice.

Documentation that stays with you

Before work starts, we prepare full project documentation worth €520 net: a detailed functional and non-functional specification, a schedule with milestones, a content and data migration plan, and a list of 301 redirects if we're moving an existing site. If we end up working together - the documentation is free. If not - it remains at your disposal and you can take it to any contractor; you only pay if you use it. That's what we consider fair terms for a project conversation.

We don't disappear after launch

Every project includes 90 days of post-launch support: fixes, questions, minor changes, and monitoring. For companies that want ongoing care of their site - updates, backups, security - we offer long-term maintenance as a subscription. And because we hand over the documentation and access credentials in full, you can continue developing the site with us or without us at any time. No locking the client in a golden cage.

Why we publish this

Because this list works both ways. It lets you check exactly what you'll get for your money before you sign anything. And it sets a bar for us that we don't go below - in any project, regardless of budget. If you're collecting quotes right now, treat the points above as a checklist for the conversation with every contractor. And if you want to see how this standard translates into a concrete amount for your project - run the numbers in the pricing calculator or write to us. We reply within 24 hours.
