Your store sells, and Optima does not know about it? We will connect them into one consistent flow.
We connect Comarch ERP Optima with WooCommerce and PrestaShop. Store orders land in the Trade module, and stock and prices from Optima flow back to the store - without manual rewriting and duplicate catalogs.
Two systems, two truths - and daily rewriting between them
These are the signals we hear most often from companies running an online store alongside Comarch Optima.
- Someone manually enters store orders into the Trade module every day
- Store stock drifts away from the Optima warehouse - you sell goods that are not there
- A price list update in Optima means a second, manual update in the store
- You create a new product twice: in the Optima catalog and separately in the store
- Invoices issued from manually rewritten data end in corrections
- Store orders land in the Trade module on their own as documents ready for fulfillment
- Stock from the Warehouse module updates the store automatically, every few minutes
- You maintain price lists and discounts in Optima - the store pulls them itself
- Product catalogs in one place, without double entry
- Accounting invoices in Optima as before, just without typing in the data

No. Accounting, trade and the warehouse keep working in Optima exactly as before, on the same modules and documents. The one difference: orders, business partners and documents appear in the system on their own instead of being rewritten by hand.
The first-year integrator license is included in the deployment price. From the second year you renew it yourself - the cost is around €575 net per year. We add no margin or hidden fees, and the integration runs without our involvement.
The integrator works with current versions of Comarch ERP Optima with the Trade module. Before quoting we check your version, module configuration and warehouse workflow - you know for sure before you order anything.
We handle attributes and non-standard flows through data mapping during integrator configuration. When the standard integrator is not enough, we build dedicated automations - that is the "Integration + automations" variant, quoted individually from €2,200 net.
