Project management

You can hire us to supervise an IT project, also when another contractor is building it. We write down requirements and acceptance criteria, check the delivered code, audit the system before you change vendors and report to management every month: what is done, what is delayed, what the risks are.

Case studies

Projects where analysis and supervision decided the outcome

Requirements and acceptance criteria first, code second. We run our own projects and supervise other contractors the same way.

ABC Szalunki

Analysis before code in a rental settlement system

55 questions in 10 areas and the spreadsheet formula reconstructed before the first line of code. An engine with 31 business rules, 17 months on 4 construction sites calculated to the grosz, 2,136 of 2,136 documents from Comotel matching its control totals.

See the case study: ABC Szalunki

RMC Baltic

Store replaced with no downtime

A new store with a catalogue of 25,605 products, with no data migration and no page address changed. 216 BaseLinker automation rules left untouched thanks to an order field contract and four gates before the switch. Home page down from 4.5 s to 0.21 s.

Astar

Audit and migration of two websites from Next.js

The audit before the first line of code changed the scope of the project. A map of 1,633 URLs across three language versions, each one checked by a script after launch: zero unexplained 404 errors.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Questions management teams ask before ordering supervision or an audit

Can you supervise a contractor we already work with?

Yes. We work on the client side: we review the contract and scope, write down measurable acceptance criteria, check the code and test versions the contractor delivers, and report to management. The contractor keeps delivering the project; we make sure it delivers what was ordered.

What does the management report look like?

A short status update by email every week, and once a month a report together with the invoice: what was done, what is delayed and why, what the risks are and which decision we recommend, plus a breakdown of hours and tasks. You get it as a PDF or in Looker Studio.

Who is responsible for technical acceptance?

We agree acceptance criteria before work starts, and they have to be verifiable, for example at ABC Szalunki: rental statements matching the client's spreadsheet to the grosz. We run the verification on a copy of the data or a test environment and hand over the result with a list of discrepancies. The client makes the acceptance decision.

How much does an audit before changing vendors cost?

An audit of a website or online store starts from €312 net. For larger systems we quote after reviewing the scope, at the rate of €52 net per hour. You get a report with priorities and a meeting where we go through what needs to be done before you change vendors.

How do you bill for project management?

Hourly billing: €52 net per hour of Project Manager work. We issue the invoice in the last week of the month together with a breakdown of hours and tasks and a progress report. Meetings online (Google Meet, Teams) or at your office.
